There's been plenty advice posted by others, I particually liked Steven's idea of guest apperances as it would give her something to aim for, with a quick reward for being "good", when she's been "naughty" you don't actually take anything away to cause resentment
My only advice is NEVER lend her any money, no matter what the excuse
