I did a search and found one post said it was 1/4" and another said 5/16"....what size is on a 2006 speedmaster in mm ?

Sorry guys but which is it ?.....1/4" = 6 mm hose and 5/16" = 8 mm.........I need to get some on the way home

I am pretty sure it's 5/16 or 8mm.
