My local riding group, the Baltimore Renegades, hosted the first annual (hopefully) Mods Vs. Rockers event yesterday in Essex MD. We had about 150 bikes and 300-400 spectators and were very pleased with the attendance. A nice mix of bikes and scooters showed up. A few TBA members were also there, John Alex and at least one other. I worked the gate the entire time and didn't get to see as much as I would have like, but I put some pictures here: http://community.webshots.com/myphotos?a...security=gzxAymAnd http://www.flickr.com/photos/sockmonkeyfez/sets/72157624829952892/with/4936774798/LC Fabrications continues to produce over the top customs. I chatted with the owner and they have been invited to attend the "Artistry in Iron" event in Las Vegas in September, so they seem to have hit the big time. There are some many cool details on their creations, it's hard to take it all in at one glance.

Thanks for the pics of some nice lookin' machines in your link, Al! (...though I'm not really sure what to make of the Beezer pictured above)
Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

Nice going on organizing and hosting the 1st annual Mods vs Rockers event!! I betcha that took a lot of work. It's great you had a good turn out and... AND the weather was great too. I also couldn't help but notice there were some nice looking cuties around the place!! All in all it seems things turned out rather well!
Live to love, love to live.

Yes sir there was. The Charm City Roller Girls had a booth setup so they got in for free. I could pretty much ID them by their outfits...but I asked everyone for the secret password. Sadly no on guessed "Dire Straits Skateaway" and even sadder, not a one had ever heard the song! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xQBKUPwG_Gk&feature=related

Whose bike is this? Who else is making hardtail conversions for standard bonnies? Kinda looks like an LC Fab rear section. Upon further reflection I think that IS the LC Fab bike with new paint...

Yep, the boys from LC. They look better in person than on the web. (hardtail piece) Quote:
