Interesting, but that LC hardtail just doesn't flow very nicely. If that's the route you are going to take, a Choppahead hardtail frame looks a lot smoother.
FWIW, with 5" springs on my hardtail, it rides pretty well. Mid-pegs are a must, so I can stand up over big bumps.
