Just read what I could find of how to change the springs in the front forks and wanted some reassurance because when I tried this once before: removed handle bar and tried the "bent coat hook" trick to pull them out, they would not budge. Thinking of trying it again and would appreciate confirmation that this is an ok way to change them out -- I have an '05 Speedmaster. Just worried because last time they would not budge. Any tips would be very welcome!
