I would bet Sturgis aint the most reliable place to get accurate info on Triumphs. As Soren mentioned, Bloor bought it all, lock, stock, and barrel. The logo is still heritage enough, but notice how much Triumph stuff is out in the clothing range, and how it uses the old logos(even the one from the 1920s), that isnt a company using logos that they dont own, its one that owns it own images.
