The National Cycle Street shield is a bit taller and narrower, so I am not sure if that will make as much difference to wind buffeting as it would if I had installed lowers. Normally installing a windscreen is a job I can do with minimal cussing, but I am a bit too tired lately. So it is still on the work bench now, waiting for me to be able to work without sounding like a sailor, and not witness any sailing of tools. Hopefully this weekend I will be able to tinker calmly.
