According to many of the reports I seen, the guy is now some kind of "Folk Hero" to many people out there who are feeling stressed out at work, and seems to be channeling the angst of many of those workers as some kind of later day Howard Beale(from the movie, "Network") or Johnny Paycheck (from the song, "Take This Job and Shove it").
