Good to hear everyone's suggestions from experience. That's why this site is so great.
I have a similiar situation w/my 04 tba...I recently put in 130 mains but the 45 pilots are on standby in case adjusting the air screws doesn't work.
I lost the first d-tool
and am waiting for the other to arrive. Tried bending old brake line on a vice but couldn't get that to work.
A visual inspection looks like the air screws are different turns out from the factory. That doesn't seem right.
