Nobody's really OT in this thread. We're all just WEAVING A WEB of disjointed topics. And when you think about it we really ARE because it's become a bit of a trap!

Yeah...YEAH!!! Well put, Keith!

And ya KNOW, if I REALLY would've wanted to have made an ISSUE of this whole "Spiderman" thing here, I would've mentioned MUCH earlier in this thread that I, Dwight...err...Dwight2 really IS...err...am SPIDERMAN, and NOT that IMPOSTOR up there wearin' that funny helmet!(...and that plaid lumberjack jacket TOO, of course)

I mean, just LOOK over to your friggin' LEFT here folks and cast your collective eyes upon that AVATAR!!!

(...okay, okay, so I suppose that would be "Spyderman", but what say we we don't split any more hairs here...OKAY?!)

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

Hey I'm no thread sheriff Dwight, I like when topics change from one thing to the next all hippie-tripped out, discovering far off lands near the mediterranian sea and junk like that...haha

Hmmm... I can see why you dropped the subtleties and just came out with it. It ALSO explains your updated handle of Dwight2, which I started realizing a couple o' days ago really means Dwight 'to the second power'... the second power being that of your alter ego 'Spyderman.' But we won't get into the verbal and therefore audio interpretation of your new handle because that could be voiced as 'Dwight squared' which has it's own implications if ya know what I mean.

Live to love, love to live.

Well YEAH, there's THAT explanation to the my new handle around here alright, Keith!

(...and I suppose that DOES sound better than sayin' I'm just gettin' soooo friggin' old that I forgot my password to my original membership sign in...so let's just go with THAT!!!)

Wow, cooool!

Now THAT could come in VERY handy the next time I'm in Greece and those lousy friggin' Persians try and get past me at Thermopylae!!!

(RIGHT Thanassis, if you're out there somewhere?!...btw, have a GREAT time at the Euro Rally, ol' buddy!!!)

Well, since you were out here ... you dislike the pseudo-Macedonian country north of Greece ... and you want to defend us from the Persians ...
You are a true friend, Sir. What more could I ask for?

Ooooh yeah, I remember that stop last year in the [pseudo]Macedonian capitol city of Skopje alright, ol' buddy!

And to tell ya the TRUTH, from the looks of the place I thought the Persians might've SACKED IT just a couple o' YEARS ago!!!

(remember what I said about it remindin' me of "Beautiful Downtown" TIJUANA MEXICO???)

That visit to Alexander the Great's birthplace Pella and the visit (and lunch) to the "home of the Gods" near Mount Olympus afterwards sure must have helped.

Yep, gotta say both o' those places, among MANY other beautiful locales in that wonderful country o' yours, were VERY impressive, and could EASILY make almost anyone wanna put on that helmet pictured above and defend it against any and ALL potential invaders!!!

So we finally get this tidbit of "Dwight's European Vacation" and it comes from Dwight2???

Hehehe....
later, Tom.

Ya know, I HAD me a feelin' that if that dude down there in Florida who likes them old Pre-Shovelhead Harleys would see this thread that I'd get that razzin' that I dearly deserve!

Check. But, might I say I'm MIGHTY impressed that you know that. Do ya have any idea how many Americans don't know that Mexico is actually part of North America???

Would you believe I have gotten into arguments with that very thing about Canadians being American too?!?! News flash everyone, we are the United States OF America, shortened from North America, the continent on which our country lies, and is shared with Canada AND Mexico! Technically, everyone in the western hemisphere can say they are proud to be an American!

I live near Detroit. You should see the look on people's faces when I tell them I'm going south to Canada.

(so tell us...do they also all ride from door-to-door and get candy every day TOO???...ooooh...YUMMM!)

Nah... Halloween never made it to here...

Which is sooo sad,...

And the reason why every year, I work like a "demon" to bring my students some of that western fun by making a haunted house at the school....

It's really a blast!

Yup, there's some truth to that, Dave. I'm just happy to be alive! Oh, for sure... otherwise I'm miss things like this thread which has some pretty good entertainment value! And on that note... gee wilikers, those helmets are might entertaining wouldn't you say? Oh and... I traded a cucumber for a cucumber today. I got a pretty good deal!
