Here's a possibility

Five shots in the face and then a stomp on the head sounds rather more personal than a rival gang member taking out a random member of the HA.

It could be over a woman, and a love rival put the five shots in the face as the victim was the prettier one of the two, and the stomp on the head was because he had scored with the said woman whereas the killer hadn't

Him being a member of the HA was just coincidental

I've seen some, and some are aright to look at.

Its when they open their mouths that problems arise. (Or don't rise if you get my drift )

OK, in case ya'll missed it, here's a blurb from the article about this fine upstanding citizen:

"Sources said Giampetruzzi had several prior arrests, including a slew of burglary pinches and drug-related busts. He was convicted of second-degree murder in 1989, the sources said."

Yeah, must o' been some malted milk rivalry

Yeah Bill, the dude sounded like a real "PEACH" of a guy, alright!

Yep, it's kind'a like what I was sayin' WAY UP there at the beginning of this thread...When John Donne done wrote(sorry, I couldn't resist that one) that thing about those "bells also tolling for me" when some other dude dies out there 'cause it "diminishes all of mankind"...welllll, sorry Mr. Donne, BUT I'm just gonna have to go and assume that THIS just might have'ta be a case of the "exception that proves your rule" here, dude!

I expect he was kind to hamsters ......or maybe goldfish...or perhaps to insects......erm, how about bacteria?
watch out for those malted milk wars now.
BTW if it's been an internal feud, I'd expect the club to have taken the colours back-you dont ever own them in most of the clubs I'm familar with-you just have them on loan whilst you remain 'in good standing'(Yeah,I know -it's a whole different definition of 'good standing')

Interesting read, was covered on the History Channel last year. How does a degenerate garbage truck driving biker gang member thug out smart educated and credentialed cops and lawyers.

He didn't have to out smart them. They have a lot of red tape and rules to deal with. He's a criminal all that stuff works to his favor.

In Oz, bikers are people who love riding bikes, and bikies are patched up members of outlaw m'cycle gangs. This bloke was no Biker. His choice, live and die by your own choice in his case.

It may be thread ressurection, but its kind of timely. That article was a very interesting read and one of the key players in the murder that started off the entire operation was just arrested in Argentina this past week. He spent 4 years on the FBI most wanted list and 8 years on the run. Fugitive sought in Arizona slaying caught in Argentina

The HE member caught in Argentina was what got me fishing around the web on the subject. I liked the article (that i posted the link for) because it spells out everyones roles very clearly.

I read Jaybirds book containing his recollection of events.

The courts didn't quite see it the same way.

Real nice, He got away because he removed a monitouring device. So he was sent home as if he broke the school playground rules.

Do you realy wonder how he out smarted the police and investigators? It don't seem to me that it was difficult at all.
Its not Rocket science here.

Is it just me, or does the article in Bill's first post sound like a Sons of Anarchy plotline?

As for Boofs question

A stockbroker is probably worse in the eye's of society
