I live in Astoria, Queens, NY which I thought was a pretty good neighborhood. The other night somebody shot and murdered a member of the Hells Angels a few blocks from my house. It was really nasty and personal. The biker took five bullets to the head and then his head was stomped. At least the cops have a bloody footprint.
