Well, you won't see another like it...
I like it for being different - in a Medieval way. A riding suit of chain mail, a spike helmet, and you'd be all set for a moto-joust.

For a 70s chop, I dig it, though generally those aren't my style. I will say my favorite pic is the one of his dog. Not sure why it's there, but I like.

Oddly enough, there were no bids at all. Maybe if he'd offered to throw in the dog?

Yep!
Here's my guess as to "how come"?
Somehow, somewhere, the guy had a Guzzi motor sittin' around the garage(maybe it was out of some old LAPD bike that he got off an old auction years ago, and that he just keep putting off restoring), and then one night while watching Walrus Man & Sons on TV, he had a "stroke of genuis"...or at least maybe...just a stroke!
Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

Okay, that took me a second but it's a very nice turn of a phrase :-) So suitable too, much bellowing with little forward motion...
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. Herm Albright (1876 - 1944)

REALLY Ed? I can't believe that! It actually "took you a second" here???
Well, I sure can't figure THAT ONE out! I mean Ed, you're usually VERY quick on the ol' uptake, my friend! And I would've bet you would've caught THAT reference in a friggin' HEARTBEAT!!!
I mean, from the very moment I first saw this gentleman on my TV here....

...I said to myself..."All that dude needs is a couple o' tusks, and it's "Coo Coo Ca Choo Time", BABY!!!"

I love those choppers but that is a terrible thing to do to a Guzzi.
