Naah Gordie. I don't think Ian is gonna be one of THOSE kind of Management Types. You see, I'm sure Ian has many many years of experience and knowledge working in that field, and so I'm sure he'll know what he's talking about and make wise and thoughtful choices whenever he'll have to make any of those managerial decisions he'll be called upon to make now and then!
