I like the brake pads I've been getting from Ebay for $9. I have noticed it would be easy to drag the back brake by your foot hitting the pedal while at rest causeing them to wear fast. Mine is adjusted so that won't happen but I could see it happening. Not saying that's the case but worth a look before it happens again.
