When i was just a teen and my parents moved me to flint mi the Amboy Dukes used to play at an outside park regularly along with all the other mi bands of the day, Seger, MC5, Iggy Pop, Alice, of course and the precurser band to Grand Funk was Terry Knight and the Pack and Question Mark and the Mysterians the whole list of mi bands that had one hit songs on local radio would play at this place. back then they were all so accessable they would be in the audiance to watch the next band. anybody remember journey to the center of the mind???
