Not necessarily, I'd recommend the Givi as a better (smoother) wind block, but the Roadster would provide more 'protection' from the elements based on sheer size. It's just that with the better protection, you may get your head knocked around a bit and have to make adjustments (lowers). Although, there are some guys here who installed the Roadster and had no buffet at all. If you prefer the classic style of the Roadster screen, you get one and if you encounter buffet, you get lowers. If you like the sporty looks of the Givi, it'll give you great service and look good doing it.
