That really does suck on Triumph's part. A bike should be able to live in the rain, especially for a lot longer than a couple of months.
(Not that I would do that mind you, but come on, my bike gets washed only if it's in the rain.)

They need to own up to their mistake, and fix the problem.
Most people don't have a problem with mistakes, just when no one takes responsibility for them, and helps with a solution. They've now lost a customer, and he will be sure to tell everyone he knows.
You would think all companies would take a lesson from Toyota, huh?
