Good luck with your project! VERY COOL IDEA, there!

Looking at the picture, I was wondering if the rear of the transmission case is hitting the back of the frame or is it hitting against the fender...okay...mud-guard, so that is appears not to be able to rest where it should and making it look a bit "Norton-esque"(inclined motor).

If it's the fender...OKAY ALREADY!....MUD-GUARD , then do you think lengthening the swingarm might be the answer?
