Got to ride the Moto Guzzi Griso today. Wow, what a fun bike. It's fast and handles awesomely at speed. But, it is not the perfect bike. Because of the riding position, I would never want to take it on a trip and once I got back into town traffic it was hard to find the right gear for commuter traffic and at slower speeeds it definitley does not handle as well.

MG's pretty cool. A friend just bought one of these! A Moto Guzzi Norge 1200 GT.

The Griso is one of my favorite bikes. Love that thing. How did you get the ride?

There were a few Guzzi demo bikes at my dealer that weekend.

Kinda digging these bikes a bit.. the pics don't really do them justice. It took awhile for me.. not exactly my kinda thing but the engines and drive trains are just too cool. I'm not usually an "orange" kinda guy but.. not bad. These are pretty cool in person as well... nice retro look.

yes, it is a nice bike and Soren sure had a big smile after riding it, BUT... Don't really think he should have one, because it is a fast bike, and we don't really need the tickets.

I couldn't live with the riding position of the Griso or California. The pegs are too ****** high. With those jutting cylinders and high pegs, the stance was just strange. They are nicely finished, but per the owners on other forums, are fraught with mechanical issues.

my bass player rides a Bellabio 1100. that bike is sweet! fast sounds cool as anything Italian, & hasn't had any problems with it.
