Put some stright handle bars on the bike had some clearance problems so here what a quick fix is for risers. "doing what I can with what I got" first one to guess what they are gets a cookie  
2005 America 145 mains, , #48 pilots, , k&n pod filters, ported intakes manifolds, nology coils and wires, pro com CDI, 62 HP at wheel 68,000 hard miles still runs great gone "traded"

are they carb bowls? or carb related?

water pipe fittings or ... fitings for conduit. my guess. looks great at 50mph !! .. lmao. love it !

Ding ding ding winner they are 1/2 to 3/4 pipe fitings with grade 8 3/8 bolts holding together (5" long) they almost match the bottom of the risers perfect Oh and my handle bar is some 1" o.d. D.O.M. tubing I got for $23 at the steel yard

i tried the broomstick thing.. couldn't do it. felt like my wrists were twisted in at a weird angle.. couldn't get used to it. so now i use the risers of my brothers Nomad 1500 and I'm gonna make new narrower bars this winter.
