Ding ding ding winner they are 1/2 to 3/4 pipe fitings with grade 8 3/8 bolts holding together (5" long) they almost match the bottom of the risers perfect Oh and my handle bar is some 1" o.d. D.O.M. tubing I got for $23 at the steel yard
