No offense taken, but i know firsthand that your opinion is wrong. This will be my third Kenda on the rear, and for me they have outperformed any other tire i have run including Bridgestones, Dunlops and Metzelers. They handle well, have good traction wet or dry, and get very high tread wear mileage. The prices are great too. I am quite sure that whatever sliced my tire would have done the same to ANY brand, and possibly this tire resisted the puncture better than others would. So, you can keep your Cheng Shins, and i'll keep my Kendas and smile with satisfaction about it every mile i ride. Hey, we all have opinions! 
P.S. I had no problem with Cheng Shins on me ole bicycle, but rarely reached life-threatening speeds...
