This is the 2010 MotoCzysz E1pc - built in Oregon (Soren's hobby?). It won the Electric version of the Isle of man TT. More importantly it is the first electric I've seen that isn't a bit silly looking(ok the rider looks a bit goofy posing on the pit stand but the bike looks good).
