OK, I had a good run on the bike over the weekend, I decided I would turn up the volume one more click, so...
What you are looking at here is is a view of the 32mm hole cut in the end baffle, through this you can see the tube for the previous baffle. This proved to akward to drill out as it did not line up, so beside it in the baffle blate I went to drill a 20mm hole, this turned out to be 2 20mm holes joined togeather as I positioned cutter wrong after taking it out for a look, good job I'm not a dentist
Anyway you can see through this 8 shaped hole the next baffle tube, but I think they are loud enough now.
