My daughters have been in Gulf Shores, Alabama for the last 9 days. They've been telling me all week that it's still beautiful. That story changed last night and today, my oldest cried when I talked to her. They are on their way home now, well after a stop at the outlet center in Foley.

This is a tragedy, but you are right microbs and money. Lots of money, which is why I hope BP stays financially healthy. It's sad that this happened considering there are at least 3400+ operating platforms in the Gulf. Their record with the exception of the Mexican rig blow out 20 years ago has been pretty decent till now.
