Hey JB,
Your an Aviation guy and I thought you would have heard about this already. I can't find the actual data from Boeing or the FAA but the stuff actually causes a type of corrosion called (Hydrogen Embrittlement). It somehow gets into the grain of the metal, If I find the info I'll attach it later. "Simple green" is simply nasty stuff on some metals!!
