I appreciate a 'nice sound.' The tumble of a creek, the wind in my ear, the chirp of a chickadee. The hypnotic churn of a diesel running, the overtone of a propeller slicing, the guttural throb of a twin engine passing. But cha know... that creek can get mighty overpowering, the wind deafening, and sometimes I just want those friggin' chickadees to 'f' off. I like things in moderation... even moderators in moderation!! And yet alternatively, an excessive amount of riding can be quite and rather liberating!!
