I get my replacement bulbs at the auto parts store. I carry a couple spares. they are like 6 bucks a piece. I got in the habit of turning the light switch off when I turn the engine off, then turn the lights back on when after I restart the engine. Not sure it that helps because there is a fuse with the kit, but they seem to last longer. The light bar is still the best investment I've made.
