For Dual lines; Take the one out of the caliper...right or left (I forgot the one with two hose) and use it at the master cylinder and use the one from the master cylinder at the caliper.
You can also get some wire cable clamps from Ace (box is about $2) and paint them black and mount them on the triple tree....you can see where I had them on my bike (second picture)
