No keys with mine either - but I bought from the local dealer (Engle Motors) & they ordered & installed a new lock for me - I didn't even have to ask. Of course that's why I have no idea what they would charge for the lock and/or installation. I do know they had a little trouble getting the old one out because of the little door Dave mentioned.
