the rider was riding like a moron no doubt.But anyone should have the right to videotape the same way the cops do.They would laugh at you if you told them to turn there dash cam off and I sure as he77 wouldnt be goin to jail for any amount of time if I taped some joe blow without there consent.The laws are stacked in the favor of the lawmen in most every case.
