Good to hear the whole story bill. I watched the video above but it didn't state all the facts you stated.
That being the case...the biker WAS being a douche and should have complied. Also, I did not notice the badge on the belt but, as you said, he should not have pulled a gun. That's just tough guy craap to me unless it's really needed.
I too wonder how the dash cam thing works???...probably in favor of the cops and not the people.
