The law is being completely ridiculous. If you support the fact that that dude should go to jail for 5 years because he video taped and posted a cop...IN PLAIN CLOTHES, IN A CIVILIAN VEHICLE...doing the wrong thing, then you must be against your right to the first ammendment.
First, that cop should have called an ON DUTY police officer to take care of business.
If I saw a dude step out of a plain ole car, with plain ole clothes, with a GUN pulled...I don't know but that ain't cool. You can't trust a stranger in public.
