Mike was extremely helpful when I bought shocks to lower Wendy's bike. I had no idea what springs to order and all I did was describe what I wanted the shocks to do and he did the rest. Hit it first time!. He was also a great guy to talk to.Haven't needed anything he sells but if I did I wouldn't hesitate.
