I've only bought from him once, and it was a satisfactory experience for me. I have a couple of friends who don't know each other who both claim crummy customer service from him.
On another note, I have never heard anybody knock Fast Eddy. A-1 service and if there's
any issue with an order, Eddy is quick to let you know and gets it handled right away...
