Need some help! Does anyone have a good front picture of the light bar on an America? I am debating about getting one but I would like to look at a picture of one first.

Also, how are these guys putting there front turn signals on the forks? Where can I order those from?

I put mine on the forks with a Ma's Cycles signal relocation bracket.

Generally this is what it looks like. I've moved the blinkers to the lightbar to get them off the handlebars. It's not real complex, but there is a switch on the left housing that could be better placed on the dash or on the handlebars. There are also other lightbars that have been fitted, but this is the Triumph set.


You'll have to excuse the gear, I'd just gotten back from a 5k mile week.

And Benny...how did you run the wires down to the lights?

I took the time to run the handlebars internally in the bars, at which time I simple pulled the blinker wires out of the bundle. If I recall correctly, the wires go down from the switch to the headlight, then BACK up to the blinkers, so it's real simple!

I mounted my signals under the light bar with instructions from Benny. My light bar was already in place, so it was a little more difficult because I had to fish the signal wires through the very tight bar confines. If you were installing a new light bar, it should be much easier.
You basically drill a hole in the top of the turnsignal. Instead of putting the nut on the bottom of each light, you slip the turn signal over the threaded portion, and put the nut on from inside the turn signal. One of the first mods I did to my bike, looks great.
You won't regret the light bar purchase, they put out a good deal of extra light. I don't ride at night without mine, ever.

SS- are yours Triumph brand? Are there other brands out there that fit our bikes?

Mine are Triumph. Several folks have made other brands work, but the Triumph unit is plug and play.
Someone had a pretty cool mount they were selling, mounted lights just under the bottom yoke, looked pretty slick and you could mount the light of your choice.

Here's my setup. You can see, no wires along the bars!

The Triumph Light Bar is nice and wide - gives the bike a "big" look when coming towards you. I've seen much bigger Harleys with much smaller spreads. To me, the Harley lights look too close together.

I wanted to be seen - that's why I bought the Light Bar. It works.

I do like Phils set up, though - the lights look cool, and I'm sure they get the job done, too. Personal taste, and whether or not you have the skills to fab your own...

Its cool to be a rebel, ain't it??? . I like my blinkers mounted under my Triumph lightbar.... if I could just remember to turn them off once and a while .Dang, confounded, electronic gismos... ride safe... Gordon

I made two indevidual small L brackets to mount my driving lights by the headlight. I'll be taking better pics tomorrow...

As Phil pointed out it may be illegal to not have blinkers, but that's still a really fine looking bike. I usually don't like the scoop thing on the front OR the gunfighter seats, but they both work really well on yours. Couple of questions for you... is it just the pic, or have you mounted the rear brake resevoir someplace else? And what're the handlebar controls from? HD aftermarket parts? Last question... how're those mirrors? Do they just look good, or do they actually work well as mirrors too?

Addendum to that question... Mikey, How are you running temp wise? I had that oil cooler on and I was running HOT a lot. I still run hotter than average but not nearly as bad since I switched back to the stock cooler.
