Just saw the ad below the banner for Dan Onorato for Govenor of my home state of PA.Not trying to be political just thought it was pretty cool that he would run an ad on this web site and if its just in my area?

I think it's context aware. Just like ads on google searches (indeed, it very likely IS google ads) where it lists ads that are the same context as your search. It probably saw "Pittsburgh PA" in your location under your name and picked the ad accordingly.
