didnt get off work in time. going to try again tomorrow. the dealer is replacing a fork seal so i cant get it for a few days anyway

Congratulations and warning...After a week long trip on the Tiger, the America had to be retrained to corner. Almost wound up in the neighbors lawn turning out of my driveway. Thank goodness we dont have curbs. After a few turns she settled down though.
Those Tigers do gobble up the road.

My Speedy is lowered 2 inches in the back, has a 21" up front and thin seats. Pot holes (which grow wild here in Baltimore) are like a jackhammer to the kidneys.
The Tiger just eats them. It's a definite adjustment going from bike to bike. More from speedy to Tiger, as I forget what she can do.
Congrats, the Tiger is a ****** of a bike. If you don't have a trunk and are thinking about one, I'd wait. The new Sprint trunk looks amazing (holds 2 full faces and an electric output to charge cell phones and the like). I'd wait to see if it will work on Le Tigre.

put about 150 miles on today showing it off to friends & even took my sister for a ride. it is a sweet machine. there are a couple bugs need to be worked out.
we should do this every weekend!

Unsnug that chain. Remember, you need 45-50 mm slack. Also, you want to keep running dino oil for at least 3000 miles before switching to Full synthetic. 2008-what a great year for Tigers!
