Never heard of it... then again I live across the continent and Quebec is in principle, another country. Huh... maybe this will be the one thing that finally unites Anglo with Franco!

Like Mountain said, Quebec is a different world than the rest of Canada.
I spent a few months near there last summer and there are a lot of bikes in and around Montreal and I have to give them credit, when Quebecers get riled up about something they make sure you know about it. Sometimes I wish the rest of Canada had the same drive.

Thanks for the tip. A few weeks ago we held a protest ride in Vancouver to highlite the lack of parking downtown for motorcyclists; to be able to park more than one bike per space, high parking fees, etc. About 50 bikes turned out. There are 27,000 registered motoryclistics in the city. Way to go Quebec!
