Please forgive the daft quesions but...
I've bought some turn signal mirrors that I want to install and have undone the right side handlebar assembly. I think I need to just undo the white connector hidden in the assembly and remove the indicator. The other end of the lead goes into the back of the headlight. I've taken the headlight out and can see that the lead terminates in a connector.

Presumably I just need to connect the wires from the mirror into this connector block - my question is how are the wires removed? They look like they may be just bullet type connectors but I don't want to pull them too hard incase they're not!

Any help much appreciated.

You should have a small white connector for both the right and left signal somewhere near the hand grip on each side and should be able to connect right to them.

They are molex connectors, if you an electronics store around, they should have some that will work.

The signals each have a small plug with 2 wires in the switch housing on the handle bars. You can splice in there. I think most cut the plug off the signals and splice it to the new signals so you plug and unplug them as needed.( I know I did)

Did they change that on later models?

I think it's still the same.

Our '07 Speedmaster has the indicator wiring like this. I haven't opened up my 2010 yet.
