A couple of guys I ride with on a regular basis both have mustang seats, (star 1100 & the other is a softail) we prefer the seat that I have now over theirs. I think this is best mod I have done to the bike. I didn't go with fancy leathers or designs, as I didn't know if the seat was going to be much difference and that would be the only thing I would do different. I spoke with them over the phone first to make sure that what I thought I wanted would indeed be what would be best, and they know there stuff. I was moved back and down a bit and it is considerable softer and much more enjoyable on long runs, no more of the hesistation to how am I going to get off the seat to put another tank of fuel in without looking like a forest fire hemroid flare up. Turn around time was also faster than they said it would take. I am sure that there are several companies that do this, but I used this one and would use them again with no hesitation. Good luck on your seat and I am sure that what ever you do it will be better than what came on the bike. Also, I am 6'3" and weigh approx 190.
