Hi all,

I recently bought a GoPro HD cam because I would to register some rides I 'll make.
Also I would to add a "Videos" section to my Website. It's done by now.

I just uploaded my first video . It's only a testing vid for the GoPro cam, so there is no artistical interrest. Anyway, the Gopro'microphone and lens are very good as you will see.

This short HD film (09:54 min / 73 mo) I converted to FLV player, was first 1280x720 and 1.3 Go. So the final rendering is worth on the Web than the original.

But I'm very happy with the cam and proud to present you my first vid here :
My First vid : Triumph America + GoPro HD
(I make an effort with texts in the film to be in english for you, people of bonnevilleamerica.com )

In the same time, those who don't know what do we talk about the poor and ridiculous sound of the Stocks exhausts will be fixed !

Hope you'll enjoy !

The video quality is pretty good. Maybe on the your next effort you could try to mount the camera on the forks to give a head first view of the road.

I want one of those, but the price for the HD is a little steep, and I haven't seen a side by side comparison of the SD to determine if its worth the extra cost. Nice video though!

+1 on the mounting to the front of the bike, either the forks or the bars. Good video quality and sound though. I thought the wind noise would be worse.

Thank's guys.

Yes I will make other vid with camera mounted on forks and others parts. that was just a test.

About comparing Sd with HD :
I had the same reflexion, and here was my conclusion :

- SD has no rechargeable battery, it use 2x AAAlithium batteries
- SD capacity up to 4GB
- SD audio : 8kHz

- HD capacity is up to 32 GB
- HD has rechargeable 1100mAh lithium-ion battery (can recharge with USB cable or wall charger)
- HD audio : 48 kHz
- Image HD is .... HD !! (more video formats/ resolutions including one at 60 fps)

Sure, you can mount the cam on the helmet.
A lot of accessories come with the cam. There are some 3M pads (they say that it's resistant with 200km/h). take a look here :
Gopro web site

Look at the "Products" page, there is a lot of additional mounts and accessories.

I added other videos.
There is one I made this night.

Gopro HD by night is not so bad.
