Unfortunately I think I understand it pretty well, smarta$$.
So, did she turn in front of the speeding SUV? I just read it again. She clearly saw him to honk and clearly negotiated around him to turn.
None of this required one bit of avoidance to the biker. He is still just sitting there.
So, if there is no more than that where she was not nearly involved in collision, it looks like he got honked at is all. Looks like delayed road rage to me, fighting with a lady in a drug store. More Zen practice may be needed here.
