Hey ya Ron, that's a tough bunch of lessons all piled up there together... but I thinkin' a some of it's bound to sink in, as your son bounds off into the world of adulthood and (friggin') responsibilities. He'll learn... maybe not at the pace you'd like him to, but he'll learn. Like you said, he's a good kid and from what you're telling, he'll figure it out.
Remember when we were his age? Oh yeah... did we do some stupid things? Some the stuff I did woulda caused my Ma's hair to fall out had she known. Most of it I got away with (more so than your son by the sounds of it) but some of it I had to face. In the end we all do pretty good in spite of ourselves leading me to a state of constant wonder at the fact that I'm still here.
