Apart from the Oop North run in March, and the European run (whenever that is,)
is anyone planning to go to any organised rallies/meetings this year. Here is a link to the 100% Biker events listing in case you need any info.

All of 'em!

Too many to pick from - though many are just small runs / events I see.

I suppose all the main ones really.

In no particular order:

Oop North Run
European Run
The Farmyard
Rock & Blues
Bulldog?? - BIG question mark here. A mate who has only missed one (heart bypass - any excuse, eh?) says it's not all it's cracked up to be lately. Seems to atract more d!ckheads ever year ... s'pose I'll fit in then
P!ssed Indian
Stormin' the Castle

I'm looking at the Concorde Rally - my local TOMCC one - not planned as yet..., and the GWR 16-17 Sept. I'm also looking at the Rossendale Bike Show (24th Sept) but that's been the same weekend as the Concorde over the last couple of years...

Have been a regular at Bulldog, as I helped organise very first one back in 88/89. I'm am afraid to say Ade's friend is right. Decided last year i wouldn't go again.

I have keys to a house in Bury (good mate) and I'm welcome to stop in the spare room as often as I want. I also work on the heritage railway up there and they kind of sponsor the event. (I started working up there before before I started working on the big railway. I now get paid lots of money at work for doing what I do there for free!!)

Hey Dave
Will do.
Nobby and myself went last year and it was a good event.

Might not do as we did last year though, start in the bar at 1:30pm and not go back to the tents until 1:30am next day!

just sent the cash off for the C Warriors bash today. Plan to go to the Farmyard as well. Not sure yet about the others but the GPO is definitely a good way to finish the year.

Ya never know, if we tell Adey that they have a tofu stand and sell diet mineral water, he may be able to tear himself away from the gym to join us occasionally!

You did well to last this long before starting to take the p!ss. Well done

When is the Celtic Warriors bash?
Couldn't see it mentioned on my "free with 100% Biker" wall chart.
It's probably there, just I don't have the strength to open my eyes for long enough to read it.
Plus it's stuck on the back of the office door and I don't have the energy to open it ...

Hey Dave
No tofu or diet mineral water for me - far to calorific!

The Celtic sounds great but have checked the calender and have a couple of things on that weekend (Saturday to be exact).

I'll be sorting my tickets for the Farmyard and the Rock and Blues during the coming week.

Hi Adey, im in a bit of a dilemma with the rock and blues at the moment. ive only got 2 floating days holiday left to book, so if i do go i will have to sacrifice Triumph day at the Ace in june to get the 3 days. Also the factory shutdown is the first 2 weeks in august.
On the other hand UFO are playing (they were down to play last year but cancelled) and being one of my fav bands it would be really cool to see them. .....Oh the life of a shiftworker.... Decisions,Decisions...

Hi Adey, Yes i think i will book it. im not working that weekend and its one i havent done. I noticed one of the bands playing are shamus oblivion and the megadeth morrismen, i saw them at a rally a few years ago and if i remember right they encourage audiance participation by handing out those morrismen sticks to drunken bikers. The site looks quite good as well. Think i will book tomorrow.
