Snipping will be difficult as the filler neck of the tank is very narrow. Triumph could have saved us alot of trouble if they had installed a locking cap on the bike like the rest of the bikes in this world, but no, they wanted to charge everyone $80CAD for a locking cap, plus they installed a device the makes an every day occurence (gasing up) a pain in the butt. Nice work Triumph!
