Jireh Cycles They have both 30 and 36" long fishtails. They are also less expensive and have good cutomer service. That is where I got mine (mine are the 36" long ones).
OK, so on to your questions:
Yes, you are correct they are universal right-left pipes, there are no hangers or holes drilled to hang the pipes.
What I did to mount mine was put the fishtail pipes on the bike with the exhaust hangers in place. I marked the holes with a sharpie marker. Drilled the holes then used nutserts (threaded rivet inserts) and used those to attach the pipes to the hangers.
Harbor freight tools has a pretty inexpensive riviter that does the trick. I think I just used the 1/4-20 inserts.
