Thanx,I love the bike. All I did was clean the carbs check the timing, change the oil,put the other seat on it and take the first ride.I did clean it up more and put new tires on it later as well as a solo seat but I haven't done any real work to it in the 10 or 15 years I have had it, just change the oil and ride it. I haven't even had to tune it up and it starts on the first kick most of the time.When it's cold it may take 3 or 4 kicks to start. The kick start doesn't swing the same way as a normal bike it comes out perpendicular to it, you can see the kicker just behind the air cleaner in the pic.
