So the final figures from CycleAnalysis was pretty close to the estimate (although they they gave me a bit of a break, as they spent more time than expected). Their labor rates just went up to $57/hour (I got it for $50) With the new rates, figure $675 to $700 with the boring and sleeving done by Wiseco.

I highly recommend these guys...
